To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we deliver all orders via NZ Post. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, and you can expect to receive your items within 1 - 3 working days (or 3 - 5 working days for rural delivery).

Sure thing! To arrange a product exchange, or return for a store credit, simply email our team within three days of receiving your order. Please note that all returns must be in original and unused condition, in original packaging. Return of items is at the buyer’s cost. We offer store credit or
exchanges only. No returns on Sale Items

If you’d like to return an item (excluding discounted or sale items), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your email address and order number. We’ll provide you with the info you need to submit a return.

Once your order has been sent back it will undergo a quality review. Once approved, you will have an option for a refund or online store credit equal to the purchase value of the item(s). Please note any credit on returns will incur a shipping fee, and we reserve the right to refuse the refund of an item if there are signs it has been used or damaged, or is not up to saleable quality.

If you opt for an online store credit, we will email you a unique credit code, which you will then be able to redeem at the checkout during your next purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will happily
organise a return and refund for you.
